Ex BLSC Swimmer smashes world record

Fantastic news from one of our past swimmers, Anna McCall (right) and her Birmingham Masters’ team mates at the recent British Masters Championships, where they finished in 4:04.10 setting a new world record in the Women’s 4x100m Freestyle Relay. Anna learnt to swim through BLSC program, progressing through to the competitive squads, and representing the club as Club Captain. Anna now lives in Birmingham where she swims for Birmingham Masters. We will continue to follow her swimming career and wish her all the success in the future.
